The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, making access convenient and easy.
The sleeping area includes two separate bedrooms. The first features a double bed that can also be arranged as two single beds and has access to a small private balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together and arranged as a double bed, allowing the sleeping configuration to be adapted to guests’ needs.
The living room also features a comfortable double sofa bed for 2 guests, bringing the apartment’s total capacity to 6 people.
The living area is welcoming and functional, with a comfortable seating area, a dining table and chairs, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen, ideal for guests who enjoy preparing their own meals during their stay.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as crockery, pots, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils.
A distinctive feature of the apartment is its traditional Trieste-style bathroom layout, divided into two separate rooms. The main bathroom features a shower, washbasin and washing machine, while the second room is a separate WC with a washbasin. This arrangement allows the two spaces to be used independently, making it particularly convenient when several guests are staying together.
For added comfort, the apartment has one air-conditioning unit and independent heating. It is also equipped with a TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as the essentials needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay throughout the year.
