A beautiful apartment ideal for summer vacations, just a 5-minute drive from the beach in the lovely area of Sistiana, also within walking distance. It sleeps up to 7 people and is perfect for families or groups. It features 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a recently renovated bathroom. The apartment stays naturally cool and comfortable even on the hottest days. Wi-Fi included. Outside, a garden with table and chairs for dining and relaxing.

Welcome to Sistiana Sonce, a name that means “sun” in Slovenian—your cozy summer retreat in the heart of Sistiana, near the sea and within walking distance.
This apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and is ideal for families and groups of friends. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. By default, we will prepare 3 beds (2 doubles and 1 single); please let us know in advance if you would like the sofa bed made up as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a conventional oven, microwave, and toaster, perfect for breakfasts and dinners with friends. The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a shower, washing machine, bidet, and hairdryer.
Although there is no air conditioning, the apartment is naturally very cool and comfortable even on the hottest days, thanks to its location and structure.
Outside, you can relax in the private garden with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dinners or aperitifs. You’ll find plenty of parking right in front of the house.
For those who love walking, both the picturesque Duino Castle and the famous Rilke Trail are within walking distance from the apartment—both easily accessible and ideal for scenic walks overlooking the sea.
Perfect for a vacation combining the sea, nature, and tranquility, with all the comforts of home. Sistiana Bay is about a 5-minute drive away, but you can also get there on foot by choosing from several options: a more direct and faster route, with a fairly steep descent starting from the Sistiana information point, or a longer, scenic, and relaxing route that takes about 20 minutes.
